Read the website I have a link for below before considering purchasing, and always remeber, there is no such thing as cheap, the price you see is not the price you pay, add anything up to 15% for taxes and fees!
Costa de la Luz if you are looking coastal, but anywhere in the mountains are cheap if you don’t mind the travel to and from the coast.
If you are not only considering the Mediterranean, then I’m sure there are areas in Galicia which would be quite cheap.
