The costa de La Luz is your best bet right now. All investors are moving from the costa del sol to this area. You could also look at Almeria as new developments are attracting a lot of investors. If you need further info just ask.

The last undiscovered area on the Costa Blanca is the Valencia Region. I bought here 3 years ago, and my property has increased two and a half times. New roads, hospitals etc are being built and Valencia itself is Spain’s third city. It is hosting the Americas cup next year and in 2008 the high speed train link between Madrid and Valencia will open, making Valencia easily accessible for people from Madrid.
Try these people who have cheap investment properties in the area

Now is not a good time to invest in Spain – there is an over abundance of houses/ flats available i.e. supply is higher than demand + inflation in Spain is the highest in Europe – WAIT 12 months and you’ll get a bargain by comparison with right now.
