  1. T C Says:

There should be a local authority, that wants to be notified of remodel changes. Call the city clerk, town mayor, local inspector. If you don’t want them involved, then try the local library, or check out some houses under construction.

  2. Pauline Says:

All spanish circuits are radials, including socket-outlets.
Can’t find any technical manuals for you to illustrate this.
Also can’t find what they say about MCBs vs RCBOs.

  3. MarkLigh Says:

Hire a Spanish electrician. You can get in to a world of trouble not knowing the electrical code and dealing with 250 volts.
250 is lethal, not just a shocker if you make accidental contact.
If you have an event that calls in the Insurance man and the electrical system does not meet code – you will not be covered.

  4. modeller Says:

You must get an electrician with spanish qualifications to do the work for you. If you don’t, you will be unable to get a certificate for the work and the electric board will not connect you.
