The boom days may be gone, but for many of us, the dream of a Spanish Villa still lives on. The chance to enjoy endless days in the Sun, perhaps by the pool?
Maybe the chance to enjoy our evenings…

There is no chance of the prices coming back to the way they were. Now is the time to get rid of your property not to buy. i study economist and what you have said in this vid I have my doubts. it is the time to sell property for 60% discount of the price. This was calculted from the average Spanish wage. The property is by far overprice. Sun or no Sun Property is far to risky to be involved in. My advised is to sell all your property and wait and buy it back for of course a good profit
