A really good lawyer could draw up a contract between all of you so that no one is left in the dust if something happens.

Have you considered buying else where? I know Spain is close and there are no language barriers but the prices have sky rockected. I have recently bought a brand new place in Egypt 2 bedrooms 100m2, for less than £60K, it may be worth considering. Egypt is on the up so your property value will rise with it. It is warm, friendly and flight is about 5 hours which isn’t too bad. I would be happy to give you more details if you decide this is an option

sounds great, wish i had the funds do some thing like that.you need to speak to a solicitor and they will advise you or try the citizens advice bru, sorry dont know a lot on this type of thing.

look into selling property in Spain before buying as its hard to sell on with lots of charges they dont tell you about.
