My Father says there is nothing good about renting property in Spain, They will take you for a ride and there is no come back, Mind you, He does buy and sell a lot there, so I dont know. You need to pay off a lot of people. He has two apartments in Benidorm he rents out, but wishes he didnt. You also need to get a resident Spanish person as a partner, its compulsory
