I’m starting to feel things are completely out of control with house prices. I’m desperate to get on the property ladder, but short of a 100% mortgage of around £200k it’s not going to happen.
It very much needs to happen to help a great deal of people out, i’m sure most young people now are as daunted as me and finding it as impossible to get a foothold on the market.
