No, I think you have to wait for completion. The problem with this is you will have to pay a higher interest rate. Like everything else nothing is free. They will have their money back, (the 5%) and then some. It does help people who don’t have much but it also exploits them.
No. You will have to get a mortgage / surveys etc as normal.
Just means that when you go for a mortgage you’re asking for a 95% morgroiage as opposed to 100% which would cost more…

they are offering u a loan to buy the house and all paperwork too,very high rates though,
