The cheapest houses in Bulgaria are in the villages but not close to the sea .
In my district close to town Pleven in the villages you can find houses even for 1000-1500 euro.
Normally it is easy to find many houses for about 5000 euro.
The main problem for you is that never real estate agency in Bulgaria will not give such offers.
Also they are very big cheaters.
You have watch very well if they sell house with the land when you sign documents.
Because one day old owner can tell you get away from my land.
