If I were you I would certainly consider “holidaylettings”, through which to advertise your property. I have used them, to find holiday accommodation, and their site is particularly popular with owners and, as a result, receives lots of visits from potential bookers. I used holiday lettings 3 times last year and was very pleased with the accommodation I found through them.
They already have a well established site for Bulgaria, with some 291 properties advertised for rental on the Black Sea Coast.
Good luck.
Get in contact with owners direct,co,uk.Myself and several of my friends book apartments and villas through them. They are a very reputable site.Maybe i’ll book it sometime.
From my experience, these are the top sites to target the UK market looking for holiday rentals:http://www.holiday-rentals.co.uk/http://www.ownersdirect.co.ukhttp://www.holidaylettings.co.uk
Search for your area on Google (and bulgaria apartments, apartment, holiday etc keywords) and see what sites are ranked highly. Can you advertise your apartments on those sites?
Ask other Bulgaria owners on rental advice sites as below. Where do they successfully advertise? http://groups.yahoo.com/group/vacation_r…http://www.laymyhat.com/forum/index.php
Also browse the expat forums and see if anyone can recommend a local agency. http://www.expatfocus.com/index.php?name…
There is plenty of free advice out there if you are prepared to browse through it.
Good luck with the rentals.
If you authorize me, I’ll asking for you! I read that in England exist one company, whо made bad deals with England’s citizens in Bulgaria in our seaside! I don’t cheat you! mg290887@yahoo.com
