    Hi there!
Im from Bulgarian and I can tell u my oppinion. Well, now Bulgaria is really fast developing country. Now we are a memner in the EU so we expect the things to get better and better, especially people expect tourism to get one of our best products. The part u are asking about (Nessebar) is really good place on the seaside. Its resort and there are two parts- the old Nessebar and the new. In the old one there is something like an old palace (but not exactly) and the place is really attractive fo all visitors. This why I strongly recommend u buying place there. Besides as u know its near to Sunnybeach which is the other (along with Golden Sands) very good resort. I guarantee profit because all places near the seaside are profitable and very good for tourism.

Unless the laws have been changed, you cannot buy real estate in Bulgaria unless you are a Bulgarian citizen. Possibly that is no longer valid since Bulgaria became a EC member.
I suspect Bulgaria is going to advance very rapidly over the next few years, so an investment there may be a good idea.
